The construction sites actually do have safety dudes that look like that (except for the big round head !) on site.
Don't try to retrieve that hat yourself, the friendly station master has a special tool to pluck it from the tracks. Even the station master wouldn't go down there !	Once you get a girlfriend, be sure to tell everyone.
